The design of this residence took off from the existing level difference in the site, of approximately 1.5 metres cutting the site into two halves, parallel to the access road; the lower half being away from the entry.

This level difference was utilized in the design by planning a formal living area on the upper level and having informal and private spaces on the lower level. The upper floor houses two bedrooms and a family entertainment area, along with a long and wide corridor that acts as a library and study space, featuring commanding views to the front and back open spaces.
